The stainless steel inlet screen filter, filters solvent preventing debris
from reaching the pump and the cleaning jets.

Using the stainless steel inlet screen filter results in cost savings compared to the older filter pad installed in machines made before 1st July 2018 as it has a longer life and lower solvent evaporation leading to less solvent purchases.

The stainless steel inlet screen filter, filters solvent preventing debris

Spray gun cleaners can be retrofitted with the inlet screen filter in the field.

The kit, KIT-INFILTERA, consists of the stainless steel tube with screen filter (120-4200), plastic pail with cap, (150-8115SKS) and hose clamp (110-261).
The kit, KIT-INFILTERB, consists of the stainless steel tube (double) with screen filter, (150-4200), plastic cap, (780-8118), hose clamp (110-261) and hose clamp for brush tube (100-255).
The kit, KIT-INFILTERC, consists of the stainless steel tube with screen filter (150-4200), plastic pail with cap, (150-8115SKS) and hose clamp (110-261) and hose clamp for brush tube (100-255).

The part number for the inlet screen filter is 104-4310S.

Procedure for Retro fit kit:
Disconnect the existing tube from hose,
Slide cap onto tube,
Connect tube to the hose using hose clamp(s),
Place filter in pail and tighten cap,
See the photos on this and the previous page.

Clean the the inlet screen filter on a monthly basis.

Procedure to Clean the Inlet Screen Filter:
Unscrew the cap in the wash pail and lift the stainless steel tube out of the pail.
Unscrew the screen filter from the tube.
Clean the screen filter with a brush in a cup of solvent.
Reconnect the screen filter to the tube and return tube to the wash pail.
